Nelson House
A FULL REMODEL IN SEATTLE
This was Jessica's personal home, which was a completely untouched 1929 Tudor. It was a full gut from top to bottom with lots of layout work. We moved the kitchen to the back of the home to optimize indoor/outdoor living, added a primary bath and finished the attic, which added about 500 sqft. to the home. Inside and out, no space was untouched! We wanted the home to be vibrant, fun, and have a European sensibility. The home has been featured in Rue Magazine, Homes and Gardens, and Seattle Times.
